These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arteliff website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your location to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the website and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, dimensions and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Minor manufacturing variations may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Bundle contents are determined by the selected bundle option and the written product description. Tops, shoes, bags or accessories shown in styling images are not included unless expressly stated.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice before an order is submitted. Taxes, shipping charges or other applicable costs are shown at checkout when required. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.
If a pricing, description or availability error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund. We do not knowingly use inaccurate pricing to induce purchases.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, shipping restrictions or an obvious error. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
The website, including its text, graphics, design, logos, product presentation and other content, is owned by or licensed to Arteliff and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify or commercially exploit site content without permission.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to violate law, commit fraud, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, collect information about others without authorization, place orders for unauthorized resale, or engage in conduct that disrupts the website or harms Arteliff, customers or service providers.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Arteliff harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, service providers or legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Severability
